Doctrines and Biblical Principles

The Doctrine of eternal judgment, vengeance and recompense of reward.

The doctrine of Eternal judgment is one of the six basic foundation -principles of truth upon which believers in Christ Jesus must build their faith to qualify their walk and life in the kingdom according to the purpose of their calling to confrom to the death of Christ. They must never depart from this and ither basic foundational principles if they are well instructed and are of understanding for a dilligent application of that which consists of their works that accompany salvation against the day of reckoning when God shall for God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Eternal judgement determines the eternal state of the soul of every one, believers or unbelievers alike, when it leaves the body at death, and both soul and body at the last day, to their eternal state, according to what was sown by every one to the flesh or sown to the spirit for eternal corruption of the state of the wicked to everlasting punishment, or the righteous to life eternal. This is the will of God, and this we will do, if God permit.

The Doctrine of holiness. Believer’s call to sainthood and his responsibility of perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Holiness is the goal, the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Those who are sanctified by God must sanctify themselves that they might be a sanctified vessel for now and the world to come. 2 Timothy 2;21. God sent Jesus Christ to die and to bless us by turning us away from our sins [Acts 3;26] so that he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life. Luke 1;74-75.

The Doctrine of marriage and marital intimacy: its rules, blessings and consequences of abuse.

There is more to Christian marriage than what is initially apparent. Marriage is not all about physical intimacy of romances, sex and fruitfulness of children and inheritance. It is all about God and doing his will together as heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ - eternal life. Otherwise, divided interests, focus, goals and pursuit can be of eternal negative outcome for one or both. Your spiritual life should not destroy your marriage; neither should your marriage destroy your relationship with God as Adam's.

The implication of the cross - Glorying outside the cross

Posted by Apostle Emmanuel Adebiyi on 13 June 2025
The cross is everything to the believer because it is the central point of his encounter with God in Christ Jesus. Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wildreness, even so has the Son of man being lifted up on the cross. You are not only going to believe on the message of the cross for your salvation, but your entire life must be centralised on the cross lest you become the enemy of the cross or found to be crucifying the Lord again on the cross, bringing him to an open shame.

Two methods of obtaining the promises of God

There is no prayer manual or writing which is more authentic or reliable than the written word of God. What you personally hear the Lord saying he would do in your life or through you must be converted to petitioning prayer day and night before him—thou hast revealed this to thy servant, that is, out of your own good will you have given me this promise that you will build me a house, or else I could have never found in my heart to pray such a prayer of this kind. 2 Samuel 7; 27.

Spiritual Communication

Every believer must know the time in his fellowship, experience and relationship in the cool of his day with God, if they must understand His voice. The cool of the day is the place of quietness or the path of still waters. Before the fall, God always comes down to fellowship with man, but after it, man always looks up to call upon the Lord – I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

Not any man's servant, but God.

Posted by Apostle Emmanuel Adebiyi on 18 September 2025

An overcomer seeks to know the will of God concerning his life to fulfill it. What makes him an overcomer if he has not been made perfect and complete in all the will of God? Moreover, he seeks to know what God wants from him in the life of others as well as to play his God's given parts in their life, believers or unbelievers alike. He would not involve himself in anything beyond this. His...

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh.

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh. Galatians 5:13.

Recently, I had a conversation with a mother desiring prayer and crying over her oldest son’s unbecoming attitudes of sneaking out of the house in the dead of the night to indulge in abusive liquor consumption at the age of 15 with older friends in the neighbourhood.

I also have the grace to speak one on one with this young boy who has once been decent and well behaved in the past. In our conversation, he expressed his desire for more freedom and liberty to do what he...
